  • I am comparing KDE with windows 11 in window managing. Powertoys has many tools but for window managing only the pin to top and fancy zones count. Pin windows only exist with Powertoys, not stock windows 11.

  • Oh yeah? Can you pin windows? Can you have windows always under the others or above them? Can you manage the buttons in the top ribbon? And dont even start with custom layout or the magnetic attach of windows in KDE.

I didn't download powertoys for fun. I needed a feature the windows did not have build in. After using KDE, even powertoys look basic to me.

Edit: Just remembered windows opacity, custom windows rules for almost everything and many more settings.

  • Me after using the KDE: how the fuck Linux is better Windows than Windows?

They were supposed to focus on window managing, ITS IN THEIR FUCKING NAME. Instead you need extra things like Powertoys for basic functions that KDE has integrated.

  • First i thought my internet connection has a problem,

after i thought i got a virus or my device is malfunctioning,

then i thought that my city has a problem, because of an image such as yours,

in the end i understood that the whole damn planet has the same problem.

  • If an AI bubble pops, no one is getting out clean.

    He means the taxpayers.

  • I just made an account to an instance that it worked during the cloudflare outage for backup.

  • Well my user is on lemmy.world, so even if i loaded other instances i would not be logged in. The site was completely down. Old posts from lemmy.world showed on the fediverse, just no new posts while down (users could not connect or view the site).

  • I wish for Azure. More Enterprise and Corporate Dependence.

  • Not all instances were burned. Lemmy.world that i use was though. I will make a user for backup in an instance that is not affected by cloudflare.

  • Yeah, Cloudflare burned only half the internet. AWS was what, one month ago? I wonder what we will get for Christmas.

  • Welcome back to the decentralized social network :P

  • I Guess many lemmy instances are not as much decentralized as they thought.

  • Epstein with Mossad?

  • Oh, i see. I was focusing more of the father and chief of the clan wants to kill the alien man, but somehow his daughter saves him and they fell in love. In the end having the man save the clan. But yeah Last Samurai fits way better.

  • I agree, but what you mean with story is backwards?

  • Your controller stays mostly in your house and can be charged with a cable. No need for recharging devices, thinking if you have stored charged batteries, it can play while charging.

And if 20 years later you can find a replace battery for a ps3 controller that means your device probably can live for 30 years or more.

What benefits bring the rechargeable AA batteries for that particular device?

  • All my Xbox360 controllers still work fine, but none of my PS3’ Dualshock 3s

Batteries for PS3 Dualshock are still available on ebay in my country. You just unplug a cable and remove a couple of screws. AA are not worth it.

AA should only used for flashlights (emergency), kids toys (safety) or when you are far away from an electricity network for much time (days, weeks).

  • Supreme Commander (2007), i found the gold edition on GOG for 3€. I don't know how i missed that RTS gem back then.
