I feel like I would have been able to do that easily 10 years ago, because search engines worked, and the 'web wasn't full of garbage. I reckon I'd have near zero chance now.
But the covering up with music part is still less common for millenias, who are more likely to be able to openly discuss their struggles and emotions with friends
Writing a list of things I want to do at the start of the day. Don't need to get them all done, but it just gives some direction. Things can roll over too, if they seem worth it.
