Posts are public on Lemmy. I can't speak to specific instances and apps, but in the basic web interface, "View Votes" can be found under the three dot menu of each post.
This, and specifically, you can also try disabling steam in game recording for whatever game is giving you trouble. I have found it to nuke performance in some games similar to what you are describing.
You might be being banned because your video has the darknet URL to the site in question. You are inadvertently (I hope) advertising this community that you want to shut down.
