  • I've had one decent landlord, too. one was just okay, but on principle I disagree with him because he owned like 20 properties and was a realtor. the other four just sucked.

    but the decent landlord, holy shit were they ever good. cheap af rent on a long since paid off shitty little house for student housing. actually mowed the lawn. renovated the kitchen one year, like, actually well. not fancy, just well done. pretty sure it was just his last house that they upsized from, so no large portfolio or anything. I'm okay with that.

    I end up there sometimes, realize that I have basically no clue what the web page is trying to show me because it's covered in a bunch of other crap, and then just back out and leave and go somewhere that actually shows me the information.

  • tbf, I'm pretty sure that Microsoft is intentionally crippling Windows 10 for the past half year or so

    at least, that's been my experience with it on multiple sets of hardware

    also, if you think Windows 10 is bad... Windows 11 is so much worse. they even broke file explorer

I'll get into bed with you, but if you want something to happen, YOU make the move. the move was not made. or I was too drunk to notice, idk anymore, I'd forgotten about this
