Counterpoint, Hawaii is a huge melting pot but has the highest life expectancy among US states. Australia also has many immigrants. People are not turning against each other.
But Hawaii has a large percentage of Japanese and Asian descendants. So to me we need to separate the data by ethnicity. DNA, culture, and food preferences has a high impact.
You may not need a car in the urban environment. Of course it would depend on the city. If it was Tokyo, a big yes for me. You'll get less space but being able to walk to get everything I need is going to be good for my health in the long term.
It's incredible how many ICE agents are Hispanic. But I guess Mexican cartels kill Mexicans all the time. Ukrainians and Russians are closely related. Israelis and Palestinians are mostly descendants of Abraham and Jacob. China and Taiwan are mostly ethnically Han Chinese. It's brothers hurting brothers all over the world. Very sad.
I sort of wanted the TX gerrymandering attemp to go through. It would mean every district could be just a bit tighter in margin and its possible if enough people switch parties, it can flip many seats in TX.
The point is that's why Nvidia is setting up shop there. You know... the original story of this thread...
Anyway, one of the Nazi's downfall was they kept designing better and better tanks, and that ultimately required more resources to build. While the US just basically kept spamming them with simple design tanks that doesn't require as much to build.
Not defending Jensen or Israel, but want to point out that Israel has many good engineers - the Intel team that designed the Core/Core Duo/Core Quad and saved Intel from the Netburst (Pentium 4) architecture was from Israel.
They have smart people, but I definitely do not agree with their government's actions.
Shows the importance of having a proper primary process. Biden fucked up and dropped out of the race way too late for any democratic candidate to have time to build up hype and momentum. Just being the VP shouldn't make one an automatic default candidate. Harris did pretty bad during the Primary back in 2020, she just was not popular and didn't inspire enough people to go vote.
Yep, it works fine for my day to day stuff. And runs many games just fine. I still run my Ivy Bridge Xeon CPU (bought for cheap years ago). Pair a X79 chipset, Xeon with quad channel memory, and say an Arc A770. You can do many modern tasks and games just fine. And for cheap.
It's a precomputed hash that let's you know if an item is (kinda) in a set or not. Fast and uses up very little space.
