Canada is mostly good at sorting out the facts. After an initial arrest the gears of justice grind away and the facts lead to dismissals. Every time this happens though, people get all heated up about the initial arrest.
If they are saying this would not have happened if some internet activity was reported to the right people then I think they are wildly deluding themselves.
We were 14-15. 1 can pineapple, same can filled with sugar, a packet of my mom's bread yeast. Dump it all in a gallon container and fill with water and put a lid on it (loosely, so it can "breath"). Hide it somewhere safe and live in fear of it being found for a month or two. Strain it and pass it around. We were stupid fools. We even tried "Scope" (a mouthwash) which was about the same as wine, back then.
Why would this even be a thing? Tastes like usa, smells like money. Whoever tabled this should get the hell out of Dodge.
