  • My only question: will this administration federalize Minnesota national guard?

  • NPR [1] source provides a bit more information on the person.

Trump told the show that a minister recognized the unidentified suspect from the photos released to the public, and went to his father. The father "convinced the son," Trump said, and took him to a friend who happened to be a U.S. Marshal, to turn him in. NPR has not confirmed whether the individual Trump is referring to is the same person of interest from the FBI's photos.

I wonder what distinctive feature of those photos the minister recognized. The released photos to me were very generic.

  • … and release of Epstein files.

  • It's when they peaked mentally, too.

  • It wouldn’t surprise me if GOP killed their own political pawns to at least delay the Epstein files debacle and their own pedophile in chief being implicated in them.

Probably wanting to delay it for as long as possible until the dude croaks during a live interview.

  • Good

  • AI-gret is kicking in. The overstated benefits and claims of AI have been wild. All of this pushed by billionaire shitheads that just want their 1000X ROI while leaving the rest of us in freefall.

  • Outsider won’t do much. Probably bring on the same MBA asshole like the Starbucks CEO that "super commutes"

  • I never understood this phenomena myself. Even during its prime. The entire b&m model was so outdated to me. I used to prefer shopping online via Amazon.

Then they enshittified the platform, quality of goods dropped tremendously. Then the stories of poor treatment of warehouse workers and last mile delivery workers was the last straw to me.

Now my retail shopping consists of preferring local groceries and trying to buy direct from brands that I like. I don’t even care about the free shipping anymore. It’s all a farce these days and it’s just an added cost to items now (even if you don’t return the item).

  • In America, you get rewarded for fucking up so badly.

  • Tom Artiom Alexandrovich may not be claiming diplomatic immunity now. Maybe the political climate is too turbulent to do so? But does it preclude him from claiming it in the future?

I want to hope he faces the full consequences for his actions. But this country has become so corrupt and full of incompetent leaders, I wouldn’t be surprised if the Pedophile of the United States administration works a "deal" to get the charges silently dropped when Israel or Netanyahu asks for it through a back channel.

  • Rules/laws for the rich and powerful do not exist.

  • The Pedophile of the United States, folks.

  • Be a billionaire, get a few of those No Preset Spending Limit cards (Amex centurion), charge $36.65T spread across those NPSL cards, then fuck off to your private island. Then watch as the world burns 😈

    Shit posting aside …

The Treasury has run this program for years, and people have donated $67.3 million since 1996 …

    What’s the benefit? Tax deduction?

Any regular person throwing money into this needs a mental evaluation with emergency protection order.

  • Ubisoft is listed in euro stock market as UBI.PA

Their stonk has been nose diving since 2018 ATH of €107/share. The company leadership needs to point at itself for its abysmal performance, not the consumers.

  • This is an article from 2025-02-07, the backdoor payout to this turd does suggest he tried some back channeling in 2024 to get US regulators to green light it. But I did see their efforts failed last year [1]. Then their leadership tried to IPO on London's stock exchange [2]. However the IPO in London eventually failed earlier this month [3] and they are now trying to get IPO listing on Hong Kong's stock exchange.

Maybe I missed some recent news to suggest IPO is back on the table in US?

  • Per Axios report [1], Andy Byron appears to have negotiated some sort of exit package.

The company officially issued a statement Friday more than 24 hours after the story exploded, due in part to Byron's slow resignation and exit package negotiations, another source told Axios.

These fuckers always get their 🧀 no matter what happens. Better to pay them off rather than stall it in court and risk attracting more attention.

  • to be honest I buried the lede. I withdrew largely due to the long interview process. I had ghosted or left them on read for a week but the viral news reminded me.

Thinking how it would impact me directly? Probably not much. But this is a small company. If leadership is this sloppy at covering up extra marital affairs. How bad is it on the inside?

Shitty leadership in my experience often correlates with awful company culture.

  • Ignoring clickbait title, this is impressive. Networked devices used to be the limit on data transfer.

Are there any devices even capable at reading/writing at 125,000G/sec?

Seems breakthroughs here are more relevant to for backhaul networks.
