I might be misunderstanding what a ghost kitchen is. Kitchens without a storefront are sometimes good but the “restaurants” that are just brands licensed to establishments, like this one, are almost always the lowest of peddled trash. That said, I’m hoping to order it at some point and make a post on it here.

It is. Most ghost kitchens are shit and steal business from real, local restaurants. I haven’t tried this one yet (it’s prepared by a bar near me) but goddamn if it doesn’t appeal to my nature.

I never forget that the US gov created Al Qaeda by indiscriminately blowing up people in the Middle-East, and some of the murdered were friends & family of the three founders of the group. Cause and effect. If my friends and family get bombed for existing I’d also become a vengeful terrorist who spends a decade growing more powerful by connecting with other victims of state murder.
