they mean, ppl who ban/delete can't have a conversation or discussion to convince others of their views. the instance/community becomes a small circlejerk. even tho it seems to be public, it's defacto private and will never recruit anyone new for their cause.
That was the concern cool headed ppl had, when they warned terrorists should not have special extra laws, but regular laws like murder or possession of destructive devices should be enough to go after them.

That might be true for most other democracies where the winning parties can form a coalition and install a president from amongst them, but the US voting system is so broken with extreme gerrymandering and the electoral college etc, that there currently are only two options:
Support the lesser evil, nudge it left and in parallel work to unfuck things on state kevel.
Rebellion / civil war and vote the lesser evil as backup plan.
Because different from countries with the ability of coalitions on the highest level, the perfect lefty party can't join with the moderate lefty party or liberals and show how good they are and grow. In the US the left parties will be sidelined as an indirect vote for the right wing, because the right wingers will vote in unity, and they will rig the system more every time to keep it like that.
i think it uses the range of the shahed and combines it with the sensors and payload of the missile. it didn't look like it used the missile for propulsion, because the circle in the video looks like the shahed propeller. maybe they recycle duds/misfires that way.
