Then he is going to scream that if public servants are not at their offices 95 hours a week they are not committed to the cause then when he finds out they have a union he will be triggered and forced to go into a quiet room so he can cry about how the big mean workers want him to fail.
yeah if you look at the stats of the market, its been all over sites like Bloomberg and Forbes, the EV market is imploded because "Americans don't want EVs" but when you break it down by manufacturer the market is overall growing if you excluded tesla, but Tesla is the largest maker in the segment so as they dive the market as a aggregate takes a hit.
yes lets put the man that single handedly collapsed the EV market and obliterated Twitter in charge of "streamlining" the government, that is a great idea!
I doubt that would be even close to his response right now. He tried to do some level of that with Apple's upgrades to privacy that allowed you to neuter apps basically. He thought he would get an exception because we are Facebook we will just pull out!
What he got instead was a line in a investor call talking about how the changes in apple's privacy and transparency rules took a bigger bite out of revenue than expected because it turns out when asked if you want to be tracked people almost always said no
Both of us man. And those resilient architectures are not as resilient as some bosses seem to think. Which we saw with twitter will end in hilarity if the people that they need to try and get it running again are as petty as they should be.
For now. We are looking at the short term short sighted part of this right now and they will seem like they are thriving for a bit but, they were massive burnout factories to begin with.
But increasing everyone's workload Im sure will have absolutely no effect on that right...
I'll reply to that the same way the head of the US treasury replied once for US billionaires who were saying they should pay more tax "Don't wait, we accept gifts, donations, and any money you want to send us, check our site, call us up, whatever, you can do it via cash, wire transfer, credit, or check. We stand by for you to send us that extra money"
Let me solve this apparently unsolvable mystery for them. You spent the last 40
years making offices soul crushing hellscapes that are grounds for psychological warfare while helping contribute to increasing commutes. People had Stockholm syndrome for a bit then they got shown a better way and they'd rather not give up a large part of their day to be tormented in a place they they don't need to be to do their job.
So when you try to force it the large majority are fighting back and you're surprised? No ping pong, pool, mandatory fun, free drinks don't offset the bullshit that is modern office design in-fact a lot of us would rather you keep all those give us a little padding in the ol paycheck and I can get my own soda and ping pong table
love how its hey we will fire you today as a surprise after you’ve been told something completely different but we promise to tell you why later.
I really this was just taken legally as an illegal termination. Because if it’s for performance that means you have data, if you have data you should be able to give me graphs and charts, stick figure animations, poorly acted corporate videos.
For a while I was good up to about 1.6x but after a while Ive been able to push up to 1.75. The advice a blind buddy of mine said is it's a lot like reading or doing anything at speed, at first you have a pretty low max limit but as you go it gets better. You will eventually hit a true max but working up to it its how I can listen at almost 2.5x now.
Then he is going to scream that if public servants are not at their offices 95 hours a week they are not committed to the cause then when he finds out they have a union he will be triggered and forced to go into a quiet room so he can cry about how the big mean workers want him to fail.
