    L'immense majorité des app fonctionneront, à condition que le bootloader soit verrouillé et avec micro G. Il y a un risque que certaines applications bancaires ou de paiement ne fonctionnent pas.

    Kdrive fonctionne sans problème ( la version. Fdroid n'a besoin d'aucun composant Google ). En revanche, si tu comptes utiliser un bloqueur de traqueur qui utilise la méthode du VPN local (ou juste un VPN ) pense à exclure kdrive, ça peut empêcher de télécharger des fichiers.

  • I use a "degoogled" ROM with microG. And I use android auto "without" the play store.

    By using the following tuto and without root, I'm able to use android auto without having its dependencies installed ( play store, maps, google tts...)

    It's not an open source alternative to android auto, but it limits greatly the interaction with google. I have comaps and osmand from fdroid that works in the android auto app this way.

    If you have google apps on your phone, maybe you can uninstall or deactivate the dependencies for AA, and follow the tuto, there is a chance that it works.

  • J'aime bien le principe.

    Ma vieille TV n'a plus ses applications mises à jour. Mon vieux PC portable était en fin de vie.

    J'ai installé mint sur le PC, je l'ai branché à la télé, agrandi les icônes du menu, fait des web app pour les sites de streaming dont madame a besoin, et on utilise kdeconnect pour piloter le PC depuis le canapé.

    C'est un compromis acceptable et tant que la télé tourne, j'échappe au débat d'acheter une télé avec Android TV ou autre spyware !

    it did not play right out of the box because of graphics card problems. But after some help and the right command line it worked perfect.

    J'ai installé une extension pour cinammon qui permet de sélectionner le GPU à utiliser. Ça force à utiliser tout le temps le même GPU, mais ça peut être une option, si tu en n'a pas d'autre.

    4. A bug between kdrive app and key wallet from KDE (I can still not auto log in the app on Wayland at start.)

    I decided to set the snapshots in order to recover in case of bad update. Then I decided to update the system at least once a week brainlessly, just to see how much time it takes to break. so far, I've never used the snapshots.

    Comme il y a pas mal de contenu, c'est une thérapie qui peut durer plusieurs jours si besoin.
