  • Here's the original that gives credit to funny joke maker and doesn't burn your eyes with the reddit gas

  • And those parents will all get mad for a few days and then continue to use Facebook indefinitely

  • And John Oliver as Chief of Staff

  • Well, there are checks being written behind closed doors and vast changes to financial balances

  • The hentai server I’m on told me to switch to libreoffice instead of helping 🙁

  • Sadly what I've seen from the judicial system whenever trump starts to throw laws around hasn't been a stellar response, so while I'd like to have full faith in said system, I don't.

  • Plus, so many of your rights are stripped once you are charged with terrorism, so as they continue to pass laws that bypass due process they can just use this to round up citizens and put them in camps

  • Yup, also in other nations people have kids as literal insurance to take care of them when they get old.

In the Philippines you soon might be jailed if you don’t take care of your parents as they age. That’s certainly not the case in the US.

My fiancé is from the Philippines and that belief system is cyclical, with tired kids having kids so they can be taken care of after burning out taking care of their parents

In most countries where those laws exist though, as long as they are on social programs the responsibility is covered

  • I’m not sure if you meant shit or fuck but I think fuck is more appropriate here
