Looks like an endless spiral of gun violence. A bit like Schrödingers gun ownership law. You are allowed to own a gun and you are allowed to protect yourself and your family with a gun - but then you are not allowed to do so when the police is at your door, cause they have the right to shoot you if you own a gun and use it to protect yourself.

Cause as you said: the harm they caused (actively or passively by f.e. not paying taxes in countries outside the US and therefore stealing money from governments and people) can never be fixed by any philanthropy.

Mit ein bisschen Glück ist das auch die Argumentationslinie von Google/Alphabet. Im schlechtesten Fall bleibt alles, wie es ist, im besten Fall findet sich ein bessere Entität als neuer Hafen für Chrome.

Aber irgendwie wird dadurch auch klar, dass es irgendwie ausweglos ist und viel zu spät. Wenn die etablierten Eidechsen sich jetzt gegenseitig die Schwänze abbeißen (sorry für die schlechte Metapher), dabei aber immer wieder neue nachwachsen, ist das nur irgend eine neue Mega Variante eines Circle Jerks.

Und solange Browser “kostenlos” bleiben, gibt es wohl auch keine Option, das Chrome einfach eigenständig wird. Selbst Mozilla wird ja größtenteils durch Google finanziert, falls ich das korrekt in Erinnerung habe. Und ohne Google gäbe es für Chrome nicht mehr die Werbung/Analytics als Haupteinnahmequelle.

Was meinen Punkt unterstreicht, den ich seit Ewigkeiten vor mir herum trage - und von Christen in Deutschland immer kritisiert werde:

Die Bibel (und andere religiöser Schriften) kann man interpretieren, wie man will.

Und das ist meiner Meinung nach nichts gutes, sondern hat extrem viel Potential für all die schlechten Dinge.

Genau mein Punkt. Ihr macht, was ihr wollt.

Ich kann nur hoffen, dass du Recht hast. Vor allem haben wir kein gemeinsames Feindbild, welches sich zur Bundeswahl ja klar Richtung Migration zeichnen ließ.

Ich hoffe, dass wir in Sachen Einigkeit weiter voran kommen, sehe aber klare Differenzen zwischen zB Grün und Links. Auch aus der jeweiligen Position heraus, wenn Grün regieren will und faule Kompromisse macht (hust 10 Punkte Plan) und Links sich als ewige Opposition sieht.

Und so dreht sich das alles einigermaßen im Kreis.

Aber ja, auch die AfD war sehr lang (und ist es insgeheim noch immer) sehr zerstritten. Ich hab nur das Gefühl, dass so etwas wie Basisdemokratie ohne strikte Hierarchie ideal für Splittergruppen ist. Die Piratenpartei ist da ein gutes Beispiel.

Das ist so ein Grundproblem aus der linken Philosophie, und ich glaube dass es gut und schlecht zugleich ist. Wenn Hierarchie, Autorität und Folgsamkeit zum Feind erklärt sind, dann kann jeder alles und jeden hinterfragen.

Man wünscht sich manchmal die Einigkeit der Rechten und den Willen, für ein gemeinsames Ziel individuelle Interessen und Ideale beiseite zu schieben - aber eigentlich wünscht sich das niemand. Der Rattenschwanz ist ja auch unerträglich, entschuldigt den Euphemismus. Faschismus ist ja eher die Ratte als der Schwanz.

Gut aber in BuyfromEU geht es ja nicht nur um Luxus-Autos - was übrigens in sich auch wieder meinen Punkt unterstützt, dass das Verhalten für Kaufentscheidungen im Zusammenhang mit politischen Idealen nur für Besserverdienende funktioniert.

Ich möchte dir glauben, ehrlich.

Aber es geht hier ja um Kaufentscheidungen, und nicht um Protest in einer aktiven Form. Ob ich jetzt meine paar Euro, die ich als Normalsterblicher besitze, in US Produkte investiere oder nicht , kümmert keine Regierungspartei.

Vor allem, wenn der Mainstream weiter kauft wie immer. In der Masse hätten wir vielleicht noch Kraft, aber Kaufentscheidungen und Politik sind nur für Besserverdienende vereinbar, und die breite Masse verdient schon lang nicht mehr besser. Daher fehlen uns die Zahlen/Anzahl, um was zu bewegen mit einem Verzicht an Investition. 100x1000€ ist was anderes als 1.000.000x1000€, so meine ich das.

Da müsste ich mich schon aktiv politisch engagieren, egal in welcher Form, um meinen Protest aktiv irgendwo Kund zu tun. Deshalb halte ich von sowas wie Boykotten nicht mehr viel.

Gar nichts, solange Regierungen und Organisationen sich nicht beteiligen. Hust Polizei Hust Palantir.
