  • True to all your points; for me personally, pods work best. I find powder always leaves residue, and my water is hot enough so I know that's not the issue...

RE: environmental concerns, do remember that grand scheme it's 50 companies doing most polutting. And indeed using powders is better (tho one can argue wrt phosphates and results from that, but I guess just don't use Finish then)

  • I'll tldr this without even watching the video:

  • Who doesn’t spend $500 a month these days?

First off just to say this reply feels very privileged, there's folks that can barely afford $100 in groceries a month... let alone 4K a month in deposits... is the card realistically for them? Maybe not. But still...

TY for the info on the card, I forgot that the Cash card is more like a debit card and doesn't add to your Credit Score.

  • Only a no brainer if you can make the $10/mth fee back in cash-back ($500 in purchases?), or if you're Premium or higher. Otherwise why not use the Mastercard Cash account card?

  • Would love real wood if I wasn't so deathly afraid of bedbugs. The risk is too high, especially with used wood furniture having all sorts of small nooks and holes maybe even in areas that can't be seen.

It is sadly also more convenient for me to order IKEA stuff delivered than doing a carshare ride out to it (the Montreal one is so far and way out of the way from downtown / west core)

  • I absolutely loved Rhodes and am so so so eager to return. Would love to visit Lesbos and Milos too.

but yes agree on Santorini, and Mykonos, both lovely but very over toured.
