  • Who's paying him? Seriously:

    • If nobody is, then we got our value's worth.
    • If someone is, then we should look at who, how much, and why.
  • The objective of the IDF is to free the hostages. They will make an effort to minimize civilian casualties.

When a legitimate target is hiding among civilians, there are two possible responses:

    • Civilized nations: "F%ck, guess we'll have to wait until they move"
    • Non-civilized nations: "Collateral damage"

But they must achieve that objective even while know civilian causalities are a certainty

No "buts". Like it or not, defend it or not, that's what non-civilized nations do.

  • "The source code is the real manual" 🧘

    The source code: 🍝

  • What was first, the eggplant or the chickenplant?... 😛

  • oppression, theft of land, and brutality isn't a way forward if the aim is to stop bloodshed from both sides.

    Unfortunately, the aim is to:

    • from the one side, to have a State of Israel on land promised by the British to the Arabs
    • on the other, to have an Islamic State on land taken by the Zionists from the British
    • on another, to have the Armageddon begin and trigger the second coming of Christ
    • on still another, to have all the infidels exterminated and have the whole world convert to Islam

Stopping bloodshed is not part of either side, some of the sides are actually asking for more bloodshed 🤦

  • Ouch... that's an asshole move, they deserve the punitive damages.

  • But, butt... if she spilled the coffee, then it's on her for being clumsy... right? /s

  • Crimea is Ukraine

Crimea is Stalin's "present" to the Republic of Ukraine after the ethnic cleansing and genocide of Crimean Tatars by the USSR.

    Do you support that genocide?

that's not how sanctions work at all

These sanctions work exactly like that: no service, means no service, not "no service, but sometimes some".

If you want an exception, you ask the US Government, not some rando running the service.

  • The use of Starlink was restricted by US Government sanctions: no use on Russian territory or assets.

Tough luck, that also means no using it for attacking on Russian territory or assets.

Edit: Here's a link with sources and dates.

  • There are some parkings with stop blocks in Europe, but they're more of an exception rather than a norm. What I think is a better solution, is to have a wider sidewalk with some trees, shrubs, lamp posts, etc. right next to the curb, that act as a natural limit for how far people will park their car.

  • I’m just mentioning a solution that is actually available, where unassholing everyone isn’t.

Not with that attitude. Just need enough superglue and some determination...
