Although not an explicit rule, when posting art, I encourage users to give author attribution either as a note in the post description or by not cropping out the attribution from the image.
In this case, I think you found the art with the artist’s name already cropped out, but try to find the uncropped source material if at all possible, as someone in the comments has found.

I had a wisdom tooth extracted. Even with anesthesia, I could feel every “crack” the tooth produced as they broke it apart 🤢 it wasn’t painful but the noise just made me feel so ill

I’m not defending it at all, I’m agreeing with you.
The point behind my sarcasm is saying that those who downvote content they dislike rather than content they think don’t belong want toxic positivity, or at least that’s the end result they’re willingly or unwillingly aiming for.
No negative, only happy, you will be happy. Toxic positivity.
