If you have a variable speed fan this is fine. If you don't then this can burn up the blower motor, so be careful with balance and flow when you do.
Yeah this is something a well trained neural network would make simple though. So long as you have the processing power, and enough storage. I'd imagine you'd be able to purchase some identifying information from data brokers and eventually link ids to people or families.

It does have some surfaces that look like they could produce lift. Traveling fast enough it could probably lose thrust and "land" horizontally... Until the legs grab and it tumbles.
This totally works on eBay. Often when I see something used that I'd like, I'll put it in my cart and let it sit. If the vendor offers a discount then I'll consider, if not then I guess I don't actually need it.
