Cis people are a genuine hazard to trans people. No cis person should ever have the ability to make a decision on trans healthcare or general well being.
If the most I ever do in life is transition and take care of my pets, that really is a success tbh
There's a part of me that would love to be isekai'd away somewhere exciting, but transitioning has been exciting and life changing. Maybe that's the isekai I wanted all along

Surgery is probably the narrative heard most because getting surgery is like a time/life consuming process. Meanwhile I don't really post too much about this cause it's not typically relevant lol. It's not something to just assume, but there are definitely people across the transfem spectrum with no issues using it
