  • I'd be fine with any of the Crayola ones except #7.

    #7 can be used for drawing on Easter eggs before you dye them, but that's a once a year for three minutes kinda deal, definitely not committing to "until it runs out" for that one.

    Any crayons that aren't Crayola are straight trash. Miss me with that Rose Art and restaurant kids menu crayon crap.

  • I have this book. Wife got it for me as a stocking stuffer or something, I think.

    Throughout the book, in all the recipes, ingredients lists, etc., nearly all references to the word "chicken" have been replaced with "cock."

    Some sections/chapters include:

  • The two I got, the photo looks the same. Not the one with the top of the little bubbler bong visible, the other one, just looking all bored. Looking down, I guess, though since I blocked the users I can't actually see them anymore now to confirm. They did have the "Dad lost his job, plz send $$$ to this BTC address" bit in them, which appears to be new in the last day or two. So I guess it depends on how you define "scam." Doesn't look like a Nigerian 419 or phishing or the like necessarily, but she's definitely gone straight to just outright asking for money in the PM.

  • Well that didn't take long. "She" must be watching this thread. Got two in the last hour. Exactly like all the others I've seen, though I didn't analyze all the ridiculous filter-avoiding spaces. Maybe "unique" from that angle, but certainly not "rare." Blocked the users, reported the spam, and just as soon as Lemmy supports deleting PMs I'll do that too.

  • I think they limit to 2 per transaction (been awhile since I've been to a ballgame), but that definitely wouldn't stop you from handing those to your wife and going to the next stall over and buying two more, or coming back for more after the next inning.

    As another commenter said, in baseball they usually stop all alcohol sales after the 7th inning. I'd guess they do similar with other sports. I can see that being enough time to be largely ok to drive (especially by the time you hoof it down to your car and make it out of the parking lot) assuming you only had 2-3 over the course of the whole game. If you'd been dropping a beer per inning, probably less so.
