To be fair, if I had to choose between Windows and MacOS I'd go with the latter since I do most of my job inside a terminal. A good terminal emulator, a Unix-like environment and Firefox covers most of my needs and somehow iTerm2 is a better emulator than anything I used on Linux.
Still, I'd rather avoid walled gardens and proprietary OSes.
I feel stupid for asking but what is an AI agentic browser even supposed to do? Search things based on your query? Well search bars have been a thing since forever. 🤷
Oats are great. Actually any whole grain, fruit and veg will be great. Fruits are good to keep low because they have a lot of sugar, but an apple or pear a day are great fiber sources. All greens are your friends as well, artichokes, anything with leaves and stems...
I'm seriously considering getting a Legion Go and using it as a Linux Tablet. Sure it's bulky and definitely won't have the power efficiency to be a useful phone, but I can love with tethering to a phone for connectivity for now.
Capitalism is the biggest religion of today, and it's su successful it can coexist with a lot of other religions.
It's not AI destroying the environment and making us miserable, it's th pursuit of profit.
It's not "corporate greed" sucking us dry. Corporations are greedy by design under Capitalism, that's the whole point.
It's not bad CEOs making evil decisions. It's the system that allows such wealth and power to exist.
All of those problems are systemic, not bad people making bad decisions. Treating capitalism like law of nature won't fix anything.
AI even ruined AI. Up until this insane hype train, ML models were specialized tools to achieve their tasks. Now the whole field is dominated by LLMs and slopgen bullshit.
