Betwixed and between

  • As an Australian i wish we had your back but we have our tongue too far up Trump's asshole.

  • Indeed, the only concern is inflation, can never run out of US Dollars.

  • Elect her as Governor I say.

  • I honestly didn't know what they were thinking with that commercial. Why would you proudly advertise that you've built a massive surveillance network

Presumably because most end users are in deep with the "if you do nothing wrong, you have nothing to worry about" crowd ... and besides it can find a lost dog /s.

They brought these sorts of intrusive cameras in the first place so privacy was not top of mind, or even in 2nd or 3rd place.

  • Good, as long as they're doing it as they have said, comparing a facial scan to a know cunt and discardibg it if it doesn't match, less cunts the better

    Tolerating the intolerant is intolerable.

  • Well, voters would need to vote Green to action that, it's literally in their policy platform, it's not coming from ALP/LNP or ONP.

  • Even as a lefty, I wish there was a functional opposition (though I wish the opposition was further left than ALP tbh).

    Well, vote Green, preference Labor?

  • Yet Mayor Rhodes insisted there had been “zero impact” on the town.

“These were not our people,” he said of the raid. “What happened out at that track had nothing to do with Wilder.”

  • You have to be a moron to not have it.

    Maga/QAnon enters the chat.

  • He was on Mastodon some time ago, not sure if he still is ?

  • I'm looking at an EX, would love a heavier version (bigger battery) rear rack for soft panniers, more comfortable seat. AKA an "Adventure" version

I live in a small rural community, surrounded by forest trails leading to other small villages, endless exploration possibke, I haae done all the real close stuff on my MTB.

A few decades ago I used to race Enduro. I was awaiting the 1.2, though I imagined they learned a fair bit from the MX (now on iteration 1.2) before they released the EX. I'd love more range and a charge adaptor for CCS2 for a faster charge, I imahibe a 7kW charger woikd get 'er done in 20 mins essily.

I know they are making a portable charger but you still have to find somewhere to plug it in.

  • Let's hope they make a "Naked" bike

  • Yeah, but you're buying a Tesla, so there is that icky factor to deal with.

  • Yes, people meed to litter constantly to provide jobs for people employed to collect it.

Most emplpyment is provoded by small business, they are not billionaires but their business can be destroyed by them.

  • Some of what you mentiond is just bread 'n circuses to keep you deliberately distracted from what's important

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bread_and_circuses

Juvenal originally used it to decry the "selfishness" of common people and their neglect of wider concerns. The phrase implies a population's erosion or ignorance of civic duty as a priority

and much of the rest is just infantilization
