  • Given her age, I think it's more likely that she's just being fed nothing but pro-Trump propaganda in her Facebook feed. She scrolls through Facebook on her sticky phone covered in food crumbs liking boomer memes and pictures of grandchildren. If anyone knows her, the easy solution to save her from the propaganda is to sign her out of her account since she definitely doesn't remember her password (and probably has like 3 accounts she's made by accident)

  • He isn’t doing anything that he didn’t specifically say he would do when he was asking for people’s votes. They loved him before the election. They loved voting for him. I can understand why he might not believe that suddenly they don’t like him.

This is what happens when you steal an election

  • There are a lot of options if you're experienced with Linux and know how to get things to work/are willing to do research. However, if you are new, then you should definitely play it safe to avoid frustration.

My current laptop is an Asus PX13, which is an awesome value and probably the most powerful machine you can buy at its size. Unfortunately, Asus does not support Linux on its laptops at all, and any support that exists comes from volunteers. I'm very happy with my current setup, but there are some rough edges that come from the lack of official support.

  • USPS is using slave labor?!

  • How is election security in Canada? There was fuckery in the last presidential election here, and I don't doubt they'll try it in Canada too.

  • Schumer

    And eradicate the Palestinian people.

  • She's talking about angels coming from south america and africa to help trump win an election. Sounds to me like the church needs to be investigated for illegal immigration and voter fraud.

  • Lots of lunatics on Lemmy.

The good news is that there are a lot of people obviously breaking laws and colluding in and around the Trump admin, so when Republicans get wiped out in the coming elections we may see a lot of them going to prison. No democracy-ending political violence necessary.

As a Kagi customer myself, I will never not downvote this.

  • (Warning: Instagram link) Here's a video of an instance of this

  • Idk why you're being downvoted since everything you said was right.

I think it just got popular because younger gamers don't know how to use computers, and Discord was easier to use than everything else. The client also looks much nicer than mumble, and overall has better on boarding. The mumble homepage for example looks like a developer site.

  • So if I replace the wheels on my car with monster truck wheels, I'll be able to cheat the odometer?

  • FreeTube, Grayjay, etc are better experiences by far

  • Wrong answer. If your employer orders you to commit odometer fraud, you quit and you sue. Never break the law for your employer.

  • Actually based. The law firm is going to make a bunch of money from this and pay out a pittance to people (like a $50 Tesla merch gift card or some shit). Charging a consulting fee isn't going to kill the case, it's just going to make the law firm slightly less money, and they'd be stupid to ignore such a powerful piece of evidence.

  • I copied those files into my home folder years ago and wiped the partition for good.

  • It's their loss. These people are deluding themselves into thinking that the Tesla brand will bounce back once Elon steps away from DOGE. They're going to lose a ton when it either tanks again after Trump raises tariffs again just for fun, or when the company goes bankrupt because nobody is buying their cars.

  • Neither the article in the OP nor the Business Insider article claim that it was an attack by Ukraine. The BI article says that Ukraine hasn't commented on the explosion:

The Ukrainian military has not commented publicly on the explosive incident at the Russian facility. It frequently carries out long-range missile and drone attacks against Russia's energy and military facilities, including ammunition depots.

I'm not saying they didn't do it, or that the accident explanation isn't propaganda, just pointing out that OP mayhaps is pulling this out of their ass:

Apparently, Ukrainian drones pushed through and started a chain reaction.
