  • Tbf cli help is copy paste, GUI help is something I didn't want to help with even when I was being paid for it

  • Are Chinese devs incabable in your mind of this?

  • Apple cider vinegar for fiber (like conditioning hair, and soften clothes) was my favorite thing to learn last year. Its crazy how good they work tbh

  • Ehh. If they do this just for goverment software they would be in a good position. Otherwise a lot of asking for trust that doesnt seemed earned at all

  • In all other channels?

  • Bots for sure.

  • Listen I love Value over all, a flat org of engineers with a lot of notable contribtion to opensource and gaming on linux in general, but there price fixing agreement for devs is kind of assholy.

  • The best case i can think of is that most of the big tech that IPOd probally helped more users even if they over all quality didnt go up. Kind of hard to measure though. IPO give the company cash but at the trade of stakeholders.

  • I heard someone mention that AI sycophathy is a result of renforcement learning techniques used (people rated honeyed words higher, no shock really).

People with big egos tend to like sycophants because they reenforce their narratives they have about themselves. Big egos also tend to take up the majority of cheif type roles, either because privlidge gives advantages to both and some because a big ego makes risks seem smaller them.

Its like we made the perfect machine to suck money from them. The sleezyst sales person with no ego. Just endless text telling you what you want to belive.

  • I wonder how many employees are working on automating the CEO there first

  • Many battles. One fight.

  • Living is all about water management. Its amazing how much easier gardening gets controlling the flow of water through it, and some collection of the excess.

Food preservation had been my next kick personally. Always a good time to get into it. Its all about controlling things living things like. Air, water, light, temp, etc. And things they dont like acid, alchohol.

    Heat kills, cold pauses.

Gadgets help make it easier or consistent but arent totally needed. A mason jar can grow sprouts, be canned, thrown in the fridge, thrown in the freezer (if you have the head room for ice growth!), to brew alchohol, vinigar, kimchi, saurkraut, etc.

There are some grow a row orgs (charities and mutal aid) that take food grown in gardens for the community too. Keeping our communities is the only real way to survive imho

  • I mean premium was free in 2020... you could download 4k VR content in the TBs. Oddest thing ive ever had stolen

  • For american conservitives "liberal" means neo-liberal and "conservitive" means neo-conservitive.

Both into global interventionism just divided on soft vs hard power.

Both are vaguely "christian" in the cultural sense.

Both nationalist though the right owns the idea more but tie it greater to concept of both christian and white identies.

  • I dropped the bomb that ICE according to their stats is one of the only agencies that doesnt make mistakes, and my distrust the goverment familey thought i was giving them genuine praise. Like the idea that they could even have faults is beyond the pale for some. Its insane

  • These have been my shower thoughts tbh
