I’m just here to read and learn and enjoy other folks thoughts, experiences and things they share and enjoy
I’ve recently learned, later in life, that i am not straight, have some patience if i have old views
If I was a jerk to you before, I truly am sorry, I am working on being better

  • LOL, that is really the whole show, once in a while you will see a three way where another one pretends to be interested to screw another one of the sharks over. It’s business in a nutshell and it should have been a big red flag for all of us. “You wanna make it in this world kid? make an ass out of yourself in front of rich people on television”

  • Being weird is part of their charm

Mine as well hopefully haha… I was really only familiar with things like the Weird Science theme, Just Another Day, Dead Man’s Party… the hits I suppose, great for me I since a lot is new to me :) I had kind of limited bandwidth for music when I was younger, in that I stuck with a single genre for a good few years at a time I guess and they never made the cut when I was into that type of music but now I can enjoy them all. For example when I was into industrial, KMFDM had an alternate meaning of Kill Mother Fucking Depeche Mode, which I thought was hilarious since I was into more heavy music then, but now I love Depeche Mode and kind of rarely listen to KMFDM, still do though. Anyways lol, yeah I need to check out that newer stuff too thanks

  • Other people have given much better advice, I am recently out as well but I just want to chime in and say that you’re not alone there and I have felt this way as I have gone through my own journey, I think this feeling may grow with the amount of time it takes to make your realization, you said it was 15 years that is quite a long time living as a straight person or asexual person. There is a book I found at the library which might be of interest to you it’s called Finally Out: Letting go of Living Straight, and it’s written by a doctor who didn’t realize they were gay until later in life (40s) and it goes through a lot of these doubts, it’s not about being trans in particular but the advice is still very applicable for all LGBTQIA+ peoples I think. Love and luck
