If you haven't, and you enjoy scifi/cyberpunk fiction, you should read Cory's book "Radicalized". Four short stories, all of them damn relevant to today.
The first story, "Unauthorized bread", is my fav. Hackers versus the coldness of corpos and shitty landlords.
Seems like its a common mistake, maybe brought on by its use as a stylistic choice in entertainment. "Myguy vs/ Yourguy" became "MyGuy v⚡s Yourguy" became the abomination that is "v/s". Probably. I'm no etymolog.
They are all named some variant of "tutorial_Ch01" or "testprogram" probably. And one repository named "My Unnamed MMO" (or some other overly complex but trendy genre) that has like 12 lines of code so far and a crappy drawn pixelart png.
Knowing nothing about UK or criminality, this sound like fear-mongering. Is it or am I naive to believe it isn't realistically possible to earn a livable wage on re-selling stolen food if it isnt in bulk?
People think in different ways. What might seem logical to you might look alien to another. I know SQL well enough to optimize queries, but I find it a lot easier to think about and write queries as LINQ methods. A lot more cleaner and logical to my brain.
The regular Google store won't let me install it because it "doesn't work on my device". I would love to decide that for myself please. Nice to see F-droid has no such limitations.
Damn. Spot on. Not a farm, but a proper house in a rural area with outside space enough for various crafting projects. And a garden. And a cat.
Im dead tired of living in a 5x3 firstfloor apartment with a single window and an outside area under tight control by a HOA. Teenage me enjoyed cramped, spartan living arrangements. Now if only I had money enough.
Browsers. Firefox hasnt given me reason to doubt. Yet. And I find that odd. Still uses it. Because every other big browser have given me reasons.
Generally "free" stuff from big companies is giving me more and more the heebie-jeebies. Even if they have good reputation. But there's NO WAY I could ever pay for everything I use. Nor donate to every deserving person who has given their free time to create and publish FOSS.
Don't trust it.Cold or noise won't help, nor will the adrenaline, nor daylight. You will fall asleep. Been there, done driving my car into a rock wall at just 30km/h. I'm glad I had dropped off the passenger already because the passenger side couldn't fit a passenger anymore.
Its a good and direct word. I could guess what it meant before I even heard his definition of the word: Things that are willingly made shittier.
"Un-userfriendli-fication" would never catch on.
