also they don’t have the avenues for legal pot revenue like oligarchs in legal states do. california for example can get money from private prisons, alcohol AND pot. but that ship has sailed in red states
Au contraire, my good comrade. A bunch of pot shops in eastern Oregon formed a PAC and contribute campaign funding to Idaho legislators that are against legalization. So the red states do get some revenue from it!

I dislike learning about local news through this website, it’s never anything good.
The funny thing is, Boise did the Abundance thing before the book even came out. City zoning code got a major rework. A lot of parking lots started turning into small, 3 story apartment complexes.
Did housing prices, or even rent, come down? Nope🙃
