  • First of all that is a horrible thing for her to say and you don't deserve that. You look beautiful and don't let anyone else destroy that. If it was your dream wedding don't forget that.

    Now that you are married part of handling your mother in law should be done by your husband. She is his mother and he will need to talk with her. You can be there for support but there is a part of every relationships that needs to be handled by each side. He will need to talk with his mother about how that was an inappropriate thing to say and that she shouldn't get to talk about your body at all. He should remind his mother, that you are his family now. That doesn't mean you are cutting her off, but you two are now focused on each other as primary instead of your family of origin.

    This is obviously not about the dress, or you, but about her giving up her baby boy. Since that is the case your husband will need to make it clear to you. Going about this solo won't help at all. Best of luck

  • Seems like something a 12 year old would do for attention. When she does this does she have people help her or comfort her or get attention in anyway. If this is bothering you, you should say so. Say something like "I understand that you don't want to see Pride things everywhere but you can't control everything. You can control your reaction not if other people post Pride things in your feed. Block them and move on. I can't keep comforting you everytime this happens so I am going to stop"

    If she keeps doing that don't feed into it and give her the gray rock treatment. No reactions positive or negative. You don't playing in his behaviour is the only way to make it stop.

  • I always wondered how they got those original productivity claims. I assume they are counting everytime a programmer uses a AI suggestion. Seems like the way to get the highest markable number for a sales team. I know that when I use those suggestions occasionally they will be 100% correct and I won't have to make any changes. More often than not it starts correct and then when it fills it adds things I don't need or is wrong or isn't fitting how I like to write my code. Then I have to delete and recreate it.

    The most annoying is when I think I am tabbing for autocomplete and then it just adds more code that I don't need

  • If you boss dragon doesn't have time stop what is the point? Wish might be interesting but time stop in combat. Allowing it to recharge it's breath weapon and cast more spells and / or reposition. It's amazing

  • If you are interested in learning about queer representation on TV there's a great YouTube channel from Matt Baume who talks about the history of it. He also wrote a book about it: Hi Honey I'm Homo

    If you haven't looking into it there was a surprisingly a lot of good representation in the 70s. This all dropped off in the 80s because of Reagan.
