I love this analogue but especailly because in play the players start trying to plan on mission impossible and then ends with Yakkity Sax because something went wrong. Or my favorite is the completly finished heist without any problems and just before they leave they go YOLO and break everything on the way out
I would also suggest if you would like to practice these techniques is run a short campaign. Something with a set limit of a few sessions which also works well for seasonal or single themes. I ran 5 back to back short campaigns that lasted 4-8 sessions that last 1 or 2 levels that all had their own theme. This gets you all used to a session zero and getting everyone on one theme.
All of you will feel less bad about killing, maiming and throwing the campain off the rails if you know it won't last years. These are good training wheels if you want to practice a type of DMing or do a specific type of game.
There are a large number of witchy (in both ascethic and main characters) books that are popular now. There is a whole genre which means that the witchy / halloween themed movies are coming.
Payment processors shouldn't be held liable for what other websites do. This sets a bad precedent for anything that someone can object to. Porn, videogames, certain political speech, etc. which this day and age is everything.
I feel terrible for the women but this isn't going to make anything safer or better. Throw the book at the website and it's owners. If anything stopping legit payment processors from working with pork companies will make more abuse.
There's a few days when it's likely a woman will be fertile. It's like 8 hours of fertility total. The few days allow sperm to be present during that window. It's a miracle anyone gets pregnant
I thought something similar until I tried a bay leaf tea to see what the flavor is. Put 1 leaf into boiling water like you are brewing a tea and give it a taste. It's a subtle umami flavor.
The one thing I don't need from my beer drinking experience is an app. I have never needed an app to tell me what I like with beer. I know what styles I generally like and tasting is part of the experience. I went my local brewery on Friday and tried a sample of their Halloween themed beers. I enjoyed three our of the four and even the one I didn't enjoy the process was the part. Also the one I didn't like was exactly what I thought it would be.
The chart is good and all but I've been a data scientist now for almost 10 years. Most of these terms have changed more then once. There are mostly marketing terms. I've done deep learning, machine learning, data mining (my favorite term), statistical learning, predictive analysis and now AI while using mostly the same things.
Kind of. AI is now the catch all now but that's because LLM were called generative AI. So the older terms all followed suit to catch the hype train. But most of the problems with AI are LLM specifics.
Different than LLM. It's other machine learning that are just using the AI label now to join the hype train. Not you same as what openAI and other AI companies are selling
I feel like once companies / malicious actors know about a place where honest insights from real people occur they try to attack and manipulate their agenda. I wonder how to keep it real and honest. Hopefully user run forum like this can become and maintain that place
Discord is good for live chatting and messaging only. Unless you are actively playing a game it's horrible. We use the voice and chat for DnD but even for 5 people we can't find anything in the text channel
