  • The older I get, the more I'm sure it's healing/regeneration. Wolverine didn't have a sore back after digging an afternoon in the yard or sleeping without a pillow between his knees.

  • Is there a set of keywords or tutorial video or something I could look at for this? It sounds like the right way to add smarts to dumb devices. I unfortunately don't know much about hardware and the only esp I've ever used is a 32 and I direct followed a tutorial for room assistant to set it up but I have 0 idea how it works.

  • Minority opinion I think.

A huge draw for most of us to read GRRM is that no character has plot armor. Any character could go at any time.

  • This should be the case with everything.

Anywhere there is "legal" cheating, dont be the bigger person, abuse the absolute shit out of it as soon as R touches it. Incentivize making "questionably legal" things absolutely illegal with MADD.

You can't fix the game by playing within the rules (or spirit of the rules) if other players do not. Fight dirty and play to win IMO.

  • How is he gonna manipulate tools with some tape?

  • Posers

  • Easy. I don't like anime.

I find the total style of the genre off-putting. Pokemon is as deep as I go and only because it had commercials before I could skip them.

So I will not read the manga and just say I don't like the anime 🤗

  • Yeah it's a tough switch. It's a lot like getting out of a relationship that you know isn't gonna work, but every time you go to end it you think "hey it isn't that bad right NOW is it?" and put it off.

A clean break would be faster and easier for everybody involved.

Now you DO stand to accrue some extra skills by spending some time with a foot in both workflows. It makes you have to learn some weird shit. But in the long run idk if that actually helps more than it hurts.

I took a long time to make the switch lol.

  • 😡👍

  • For the next 12 hours, every hour roll a constitution check against 1d4 of gastrointestinal damage.

  • You are correct.

  • Being contrarian is more engaging.

  • But the porn is fake and the waitresses there all really definitely actually like me if you catch my drift.

  • Yeah if you do tots instead I feel like all the drivers have to be questionably young. Like nobody 19 or older can deliver.

As long as you don't serve alcohol and everyone uses their own vehicles... 🐣😬

    Icky.

  • Chess puzzles. Sometimes informational YouTube. There's not usually that much time though.

  • Bro. How could you do that and not post to tell other people the things they like are wrong?

  • I carefully curate app permissions and the list of what is installed, but for me at this point the juice of degoogling or changing OS is not worth the squeeze. I'm willing to be the product a little bit to have seamless use on my phone.

When it comes to PC I am willing to take more steps.

    1. Some purity testing is good, infinite depth purity testing is not practical.
    2. Incremental progress is better than no progress or backward steps. Even for house seats, we have a year or year and a half to push candidates more left or vote for candidates who are more progressive. When election day arrives, again, it is time to be practical.

There are plenty of us on the left that would rather take a practical stance than let the country eat itself to say "I told you so". The DNC can go fly a kite, but I'd like my trans and brown friends to not be harassed and disappeared?

  • I mean, obviously candidate X is terrible (his platform is literally to give everyone aids), but I can't vote FOR candidate Y in good faith. You see, world hunger a huge problem and it barely even appears in candidate Y's platform! Similarly, there's no support for people with alopecia, from which my dear friend suffers.

All the dermatological apologists want you to just vote for the person who doesn't want to give everyone aids, but it's time to send a clear message by not voting at this critical time because it was very effective the last time we did it, and the time before that, and the time before that. If you want me to vote, then give me someone to vote FOR! I really don't want to just yell into the internet and not vote for anything, but what choice do I have? I have to stand for something by doing nothing!
