I don't know, most of the homeless in my area have cars and semi live in them. You can't walk or bike here, there's no public transportation, and the winters are brutal. You can't live without a car or someone willing to drive you. When people are struggling to pay their bills, they'll lose their house before they lose their car.
Where I live there are neither. The roads are not walkable, and there is no public transport. I would be happy if they were walkable. I'll never see buses here as long as I live. They are separate things.
Between the cost of housing and the cost of food, and the fact wages aren't that much better than they were 15 years ago - you'd think they would realize they are asking for the scraps people have left.
I've always just bought games when they're on a good sale, I've never had a game pass type thing. But maybe they just want to squeeze a bit more out of their most loyal customers and they're accepting that it is a dying model.
My wife goes crazy with this, gets every last little thing together. I do some, but not like she does. I'm not sure they want all the straw wappers and shit on top of the pile of places anyway.
Western Canada is cutting loose it seems, they've had it with their government. Whether or not they have anything to do with the US is still to be seen. They might benefit a little financially from it, but the land will be better off if they don't. We'll come in and trash everything.
For me the bong hits were more in the 90s, it was more pipes or joints before that. People talking on the phone all day was more of a '70s and '80s thing. Non-stop busy signal. And then later we added modems to the same line.
Yo I love armadillos and I rarely see them, but this map shows them just barely where I live. I hope to see one here soon, I'm sure the first one I see will be on the road, but then hopefully alive soon too :)
As a bearded man for decades now, I actually have slightly less respect for men who bend the knee to the shaven. I don't care if you're a billionaire - I even know one - but yeah I think less of you. I know people look down on me for having one. Whatever.
I do understand appearance standards for soldiers though. There's a purpose to the uniformity. But if I was in charge I'd mandate soldiers wear short beards (long beards are superior, but are a liability in hand to hand combat).
There are very few with continuous testicular pain for up to a year, and that group usually also experiences reduced erection quality. That's the 2%
The smaller 1% experience pain for the rest of their lives. And again, reduction or complete loss of the ability to have quality erections.
I'm somewhere in the middle of those two. Just over a year of nonstop pain, I had pretty much accepted I'd never live without it. But then it went away. It still comes back occasionally, but it isn't nonstop. And my erections aren't what they used to be, they vary from completely awful to maybe 90% at best. I got my vasectomy at 35.
There are people who have to get it done a second time, but that wasn't me. I'd rather not live anymore or never have sex again than do that again.
