The thing is, fansubs had a whole host of problems and weird translation shit too. Our standards have just dropped because a multimillion dollar corporation with a near monopoly of the industry can't be bothered to hire people.
They already are using AI generated subtitles though. My point is this isn't really "destroying their subtitles," their subtitles have been destroyed. This is just some extra shit smeared on the corpse.
I mean, is this really worse than the subtitles being AI generated? In fact, I imagine the two things are closely correlated; it's likely cheaper for them to display the AI generated subtitles in this manner.
It's not going to sound fun, but if you're looking for something useful that will bolster your application, the answer for all compsci degrees is business.
They did consistently vote for politicians that accepted bribes from Big Oil to draft favorable legislation and prevented funding for alternative energy sources.
I honestly expect this to be a bigger reason SNAP benefits get continued than the lawsuit recently filed. Trump has been capitulating to monied interests, it was the reason there wasn't another blitz with the Guard on San Fran, and it's been a big reason why he's been walking back tariffs. If his big donors say "Hey, you can't cut benefits or our profits will go down" he'll likely capitulate.
That's a bit of an overexaggeration though, the vast, vast, vast majority of US citizens do not ever hold elected office, and as such could never even have impeachment proceedings brought against them.
She had her chance, and she chose to sellout to the old guard of the DNC and monied interests. Publishing her book where she confirms that she capitulated doesn't make her seem any more interesting, it makes it clear that she's another bullshit liberal politician who doesn't really believe in anything, but is willing to say whatever businesses tell her will get her elected.
absolutely crucial. All my devices are always connected through a VPN, and usually I try to route my traffic through a different country. When your country is paying for a service to monitor citizen's internet traffic, anonymity is worth paying for.
