And isn’t the issue with a credible nuclear deterrence the delivery and second strike capability anyway? Germany would need submarines and icbms too.

Germany still has some research reactors running. But for enrichment you don’t need a reactor, gas diffusion and centrifuges are also options. There should be enough fuel left to enrich enough uranium for at least some bombs. So it should be possible without too much reliance on external partners.

Yeah, asking those questions to any balkanese is dangerous. I had the luck to spend some weeks with an albanese family while traveling and while being weird they were also the most friendly and welcoming people I ever met (after every Canadian). I learned some albanian while being there, but the language doesn’t share anything with the other languages around there. Methanol separation is possible but not really the goal.

If you’re producing spirits it should be your goal. Especially if there is wood in the mash.

I don’t think the foreshots have a particularly higher concentration of methanol, other nasty stuff sure, but I think methanol is in pretty similar concentration to the ethanol.

Thats wrong, methanol has a lower evaporation temperature than ethanol, thats why it’s in the foreshot.

And yes, most of the time it’s greedy business men mixing industrial methanol in their drinks, but there have been some cases of poisoning with self destilled alcohol in the Balkans, i.e

Yeah, ethanol doesn’t get turned into methanol by distillation. But fermentation produces both and one purpose of distillation is separating them. Thats why you have to remove the foreshot. An incompetent distiller can still cost you your eyesight or even life.

Wer ein Fahrzeug führt, ist dafür verantwortlich, dass seine Sicht und das Gehör nicht durch die Besetzung, Tiere, die Ladung, Geräte oder den Zustand des Fahrzeugs beeinträchtigt werden.

Kostet auch wieder 10€, kann man gleich ne kleine Mautstation mit Festpreis aufstellen.

Aber eigentlich sollte das ganze doch unter StVO §30 abgehandelt werden können:

(1) Bei der Benutzung von Fahrzeugen sind unnötiger Lärm und vermeidbare Abgasbelästigungen verboten. Es ist insbesondere verboten, Fahrzeugmotoren unnötig laufen zu lassen und Fahrzeugtüren übermäßig laut zu schließen. Unnützes Hin- und Herfahren ist innerhalb geschlossener Ortschaften verboten, wenn Andere dadurch belästigt werden.

Da wären glaub bis zu 80€ Strafe drin. Aber im Autoland Deutschland ist das wohl hypothetisch…
