The insomnia was the hardest part for me since as a daily user I would previously fall asleep within seconds of my head hitting the pillow. The dreams were incredibly vivid - and the nightmares. 😨 Trying to really reign it in in 2026.
I deleted my FB, Instagram, and Twitter when I joined the fediverse in June of 2023. So far the only thing I miss are FB event invites. Now my friends have to specially message me for events they put together. Otherwise it's been a great change.
