  • I've been noticing headlines doing a lot of that lately. There's no need to lie when reality is bad enough...

  • The link doesn't seem to be working.

  • No prob, I hope running linux without "secure" boot is the fix you needed🙂

  • Only for the installation . I dual-boot Windows 11 and Arch and have secure boot disabled. I took no extra steps, ( only had it on ( secure boot) for the windows install, disabled it after I installed win, so I could next install arch for the dual boot)

  • Oh nice, even better!

  • mptcpize

I just heard about mptcp, and it looks interesting. From what I understand (from its Wikipedia page ) it uses multiple links, correct? If so, which ones did you use? Wifi and Ethernet?

Looks very interesting, I should recommend someone I know to try on their steamdeck (when connected to the dock) to speed up Steam downloads.

  • Checks & balances

  • Switched for whole grain bread for that exact reason, I found out I'm pre-diabetic so my next step after paying attention to my diet will be taking up exercise.

  • KDE actually has a plugin that does just that, I use it currently to rotate a fantasy illustration as my wallpaper every hour from that site.

  • Funny how the BBC didn't quote asmongold (because then they'd have to mention the word 'genocide' twice). P. S.- not defending asmongold at all just the Palestinians.

  • You should try gufw. Great for simple setups! For more complicated ones you could use opensnitch.

  • Trump's mugshot sure looked good with the practiced Hitler look that he gave. But of course he had help from the lighting guy who put on an uncommon (for mug shots) sideways light on him, thus giving an even more Hitler look to him.

  • Also want to add a possibly non-Android tablet (I'm not sure, possibly Linux): Remarkable

My nephew got one for college and he loves it, he says he takes notes and saves then as pdf's.

  • True.. I wonder of it's an outlier then.

  • Sure, but some, like Portugal, have had their current form since the mid 13th century.

  • Your post made me move to lemm.ee. You can export your communities from lemmy.ml to a new instance off your choosing using the included tool on the web version off them.
