I hear you and cannot fault you for doing what you feel you have to as a father. I have no dual citizenship so I’d have to start from square one. I have three children and have considered leaving. I also stumbled on a yt video the other day of some guy reviewing a Trump and a Harris rally side by side, which already is fucked, but he had one good point; The Trumpers are all about their merch. It’s like it’s their chance to cosplay. I haven’t figured out what to make of it.

That strikes me also. They throw around the word freedom in this document a bunch, then turn around and talk about what they are going to outlaw or ban a paragraph later. Freedom to these ppl seems to mean they are free to treat the rest of us however they want and we are free to fuck off about it. That’s a pretty fucked up definition of freedom.
