i am more than willing to engage on any positive claim you want to make (i probably agree with a lot of them). what i’m not willing to do is tolerate personal attacks and dogpiling.
I didn't believe in laws or courts (which is too say I don't believe they have legitimate authority), and I don't believe in "rights". I believe people should be free. sometimes this means there will be angry mobs. but l would rather deal directly with my neighbors and community than have all our interactions mediated by illegitimate authority.
there is a necessary condition to having sentience, since at the bare minimum it requires an organism to be capable of collecting sensory inputs, processing them and reacting to them.
you can't be sure what those are, or that plants don't have them, unless you are defining these traits in a way that specifically requires animal physiology.
using four paragraphs to construct a faulty syllogism is not "well said". there is no reason to believe that animal-like nervous systems are the only way sentience can develop.
