An electric GTI or Civic Type R would be sick. Crazy performance, but still a lot smaller and more lightweight than other stuff on the market, so charging could be faster and the price could be less insane.
At least it's smaller than their last one (EV9), but yeah, I wish someone would put out a hatchback or stationwagon. Or a decent sedan to compete with the Model 3.
I'm surprised they didn't cancel the Cybertruck after all the delays and redesign work. It doesn't seem crazy to expect bad news about the new roadster.
I'm moving and starting over with a lot of my computer / AV setup. I had Plex awhile ago but haven't run a media server in at least a few years. Should I go with Jellyfin or Emby? Or something else? I guess the main limitation is streaming to a smart TV.
We need to legislate these things out of existence. Mandatory sightlines, lower hoods, lowering the CDL threshold for certain size/weight, max headlight height, culling the light truck loophole, etc.
Giant spotless brodozer/mallcrawler trucks seem like they're always driven by predictably shitty douchebags.
There needs to be more pressure on companies like Ford, GM, etc., who suck at innovation and need competition. Luckily some newer domestic auto manufacturers (Tesla, Rivian) are doing a decent job, but I think the US would benefit from getting some smaller, cheaper Chinese EVs in a similar wave to the Japanese and Korean manufacturers entering the US market.
Hmm, "athletic" to me looks more like a sports car, not a battering ram
