She's terrible. Her science video are not as good as most others, and she has an extremely negative view of scientists and academia. That's infringing on anti-science propaganda. Which is a weapon of fascism.
The erosion of faith in science comes mainly from two things : the stealing of its benefits from big companies (through secrecy, obfuscation and patents, and the commercial use only of science and technology), and conservative propaganda.
The propaganda itself goes in two ways : the absence of vulgarisation, and the denial of scientific facts and doubting scientist objectivity.
There are problems in sciences and academia, but they are very far from being ore problematic than the political structure around it and the political propaganda.

Some parties will be a bit in between, but that's merely political communication. In practice a group that promote itself as a middle group is actually leaning right. This means that "leftist liberals" (who range from some green parties and movements to the socio-democrats) will always pick liberals if they must choose between them and the left. Likewise, conservatives and libertariens are leaning toward fascism when given the choice.
The political spectrum is radicalised and triparted. You can deny this model and blur the information, but it usually means that you are leaning more to the right than you are pretending.

Productivity is also a factor, lying in the middle of this. But productivity didn't apply to everything equally. Productivity in consumer electronics rose incredibly. Productivity in food production also. But the production of consumable food went down in quality, and not much in price. Because companies extracted all the increase in productivity and then more.
Household construction went down dramatically. My hypothesis is that it became a middle class investment at some point, so the wealthy abandonned it. Without investment, construction didn't increase enough to follow the trend of the society. Rarity also bred profits, which could solidify the strategy of rarefying housing so it becomes more profitable.
To sum up, the work you did with gold could be done with other goods and better reflect the reality people are living. Housing, food, transports, healthcare. Those are much more important and much more accurate to reflect the impoverishment of the population.

Some people are not more efficient under pressure, they collapse or overheat. Putting pressure on people don't always work to extract more productivity. That's all there is.
And if you think it works for everyone, then the next step is for some asshole to weaponize the idea. Which is what they do in many companies : putting pressure on people to extract more productivity. And it does not work.
Some people work better under pressure. Some people work better when they have no pressure. Adhd is irrelevant to that.
