If you based it purely on what the candidates said I think you could argue quite easily that Trump was a better candidate based on harm reduction. Which certainly does not make the harm reduction angle convincing.
Because the shooter was cisgender, I hope the President sees reason and immediately bans all cisgenders from sports and bathrooms. This madness must stop post-haste.
