    Sadly, you're right about my country — most Canadians don't know that many Ukrainian Banderaites immigrated to Canada during the Cold War. They had to be stringent anti-communists, so obviously that would be people from western Ukraine. And yes, just like our former Deputy PM, Chrystia Freeland. Her Grandfather was an official Nazi. I've heard that Alberta has some statues glorifying Bandera, possibly in Sask and Manitoba too, where there are other pockets of Ukrainian diaspora. It appears that some Canadians on Lemmy are followers of this ideology, judging by many of their comments, like the fool you're responding to. Probably why the western provinces of Canada

    The Russians are aware, and this won't alter the fact that Ukraine has lost the war and won't be able to re-arm in a pause. Russia has already stated many times previously that they aren't willing to accept a ceasefire — why should they when they're the winning side?

    It's typical of the Ukrainian propagandists, smear the messenger and not answer relevant questions posed. I don't understand why thinking people accept their behaviour and question why they try to shout down anything intelligent regarding their precious Ukraine.

    If you would rather not read the article, that's your problem. Anyone with a bit of grey matter knows that all the Ukrainian information space is propaganda and funded by NATO.
