I don't think that the belief of being represented is a good metric for democracy or actual representation.
It might be that the Chinese government is doing pretty good in that regard, but the only thing that metric is actually saying is that people are not disillusioned. Wether that's because there is no illusion in the first place or the government is just good at selling itself can't be seen from that data. Al

Yeah but any invasion probably pushes half of the country over the edge before the war would be over.
I wouldn't wanna risk death and destruction for a mere potential 4" further from the edge.
