Iran is the only nation that is actually fulfilling its obligation under this convention. Any nation that refuses to prevent the ongoing genocide of Palestinians is in violation. Any nation supporting the genocide is a legitimate target of preventative measures.

Hardly all of global shipping, they are only targeting genocide supporting shipping.
