I know we have people who immigrated here and were certified as medical professionals in their home country, yet can’t work here in their field of expertise. What can we do to get them certified to work in BC/Canada?

I avoided reading anything about it so this is the first one I’ve seen. I thought it was fake but I’m glad it didn’t look like the top picture.
