  • Wow this really is blatant and out in the open. You have to be really dumb to not see how obvious this is (very uneducated, indoctrinated, deeply religious).

This is one of the main purposes of religion. To get slaves to work. The slaves of the time were obviously uneducated, and easily manipulatable with superstitious thinking. Convince them when they die, they’ll go to heaven and live in paradise. As long as you obey, keep working, and don’t fight back.

Its so blatantly obvious, and its right there on FOX news, in the year of our lord 2025. Yowza, the Christians who fall for this are absolutely idiotic, it’s hard not to feel pity, as its really not their fault.

  • I’ve speculated that it takes time and discipline of exercising regularly for a long enough time, until you get the psychological reward from it. After which for some including me, makes it an addiction. I literally crave it. And if something happens to where I can’t workout, like an injury or work or whatever, it really sucks and I can’t wait to be able to get back into the routine. I’m talking of a mix of “boring” weights and cardio. I love it.

So my two cents is, muscle through the initial several months of boring suckage but make it count. Eventually, maybe you’ll catch the addiction. But this might not work for everyone.

  • A very pessimistic thank you.

The fact that this is a debate at all, in the year of our fantasy, fairytale, magic miracle performing lord, 2025, is just sickening to me.

Religion should be studied sociologically, psychologically, and historically for what it actually is, mythology and superstition. It should be studied for how it’s been used as a tool for control of the ignorant and poor masses, by the elites to keep power and wealth.

But no. 70-80% or more of people on this planet still actually believe in fairytale bronze age mythology nonsense. Doctors, senators, police, military leadership, judges.

We have split the atom, discovered quantum mechanics, have robots and helicopters on Mars, cured diseases. Yet we are still so archaic and uncivilized. Religion should have died already.
