I feel we could get a much better bang/buck ratio by shooting him down to Venus along with a sensor package. Far less expensive, and the live broadcast of his horrific demise would probably go some way to defraying costs as well.

Bike trails are great for recreation. Bike lanes, separated and safe, are great for taking care of business. They also keep more cars off the roads in denser areas, making life better for everyone. We can do both.
