Is it just bot generated titles and text as well, 0 humans involved in the entire process?
Most likely this. Fully automatic slop machine that just checks what has the best "engagement" and produces that, so naturally loads of rage bait.
Presumably this is all for ad revenue. If a single profile can get few dollars a day you just run a few hundred. It's the same premise behind mmo gold farm bots, where they're not terribly efficient and don't last long before getting banned, but it's still profitable because of the scale and minimal amount of human labor involved.
Aside from the possible racist implications of the middle east comment, it's still capitalism doing capitalism shit. Buying up a chunk of popular media to whitewash your atrocities has been in the playbook for over a century.
It's like impossible for these people to criticize "tankies" without bringing up some capitalist bullfuckery.
This feels very much like they know it won't do it's intended purpose, but it will work as a legal tool to harass specific targets.
The 3d printed gun might be legal, but having it means you probably have an illegal machine and so that gives law enforcement some small grain of justification to get a warrant and go through your shit.
I kinda figured they didn't really need the media itself. Im assuming this all needs some AI shit to work (how else is it realistically going to judge age?), so even if it processes it locally, it can still send some LLM abstracted form of the media back and not technically be lying.
A human wouldn't be able to reconstruct it into the video again, but ChatGPT will start having dreams about Roblox kids and Discord gooners faces.
Im convinced this and the similar age "verification" for Roblox using face pictures is just to help train AI on faces and has little to do with any of the safety bullshit.
Even if the image isnt saved, they can still presumably add it to training data during the verification process before tossing the file. This is pretty standard course for most image processing AI stuff.
it would likely start sourcing from CXMT for the first time for non-U.S. markets
Okay but it'd be even cooler if they did it for US markets too. Kinda sucks we're just not gonna get any cool or just cheaper Chinese tech for probably a couple decades in the US.
Why do we need to imagine it? Im sure Adrian Zenz can provide some pixelated satellite footage that shows absolute proof of a child trafficking facility.
If it isn't some obscure scam, then I'd guess it's algorithm shenanigans. The first person interacting with the listing makes it more likely to pop up as a suggestion for others.
Where I'm at it gets filled into public record, so law firms will often just search the local court records regularly for new tickets to send out mailers or cold calls and texts.
This is actually how i went from dogshit credit to an incredible credit score without actually changing my amount of debt, and actually lead to me qualifying for a mortgage.
This is just more proof the whole system is bogus. Nothing changed with my actual financials but my "debt usage" went from like 90% to under 50%, which bumped my credit score, which lead to my credit cards getting higher limits, which lowed my usage further, which raised my credit score some more.
I dont suggest the approach as a general method for getting good credit, but if you're already swimming in credit card debt then id give it a shot before just letting things go to default.
