Yes.. real life narcissistics. they are people with 0 empathy and 0 feelings when they hurt others but can't live without validation. some have endured trauma and are so resented towards people, that they see in every person a human tool. Don't be fooled and don't compare yourself to them if we are talking about the same kind of people. I've lived with 2 them and deep down they are extremely unhappy.
Tobacco IS shit for lungs. relative who smokes since he was 15 almost died of pulmonary disease, my dad is asmathic and it's terrible for him. Cigarettes and the tobacco industry are also shit for the environment. Let alone all the forest/house fires they initate. Even planes were throw down by smokers. And a lot of smokers are jerks, I hate the smell and sometimes I am walking and have to dodge the freaking smoke cloud (IT'S SO ANNOYING, IF YOU WANT TO F YOUR HEALTH DO NOT HARM EVERYONE ELSE'S), and it infuriates me when they throw the coils to the ground. Also, addiction sucks. A friend of my mom is broke af and can't stop buying them to save for food for her kid.

Whilst these are particularly extreme examples, they’re just instances of a general trend where women farting is stigmatised more than men farting. I interpret the image in the OP to be resisting that excessive pressure and unrealistic standard rather than advocating for disregarding basic courtesy and farting with impunity
