Das Potential von effizienterer Wohnraumnitzung wird mal wieder ignoriert. Private haben kein Interesse den Wohnraum pro Person zu senken, gibt ja gleich viel Geld bei weniger Abnutzung andersrum. Ausserdem wird das verkaufte Gut knapper.
