First picture seems very early though as she looks to still be in a hospital gown with significant swelling and peeling. In the second photo, you can still see scarring on the neck, and not where the makeup starts under her chin. Her skin looks pretty smooth though, considering. I’d assume similar discoloration remained on her face since it’s visible in neck.

But regardless, what an improvement. Hope the treatment continues to improve

I have a pretty nice soundbar setup, but dialogue volume is still really low for many sources – it’s just mixed that way. Soundbar may not be a real solution.

I don’t want to compress or have to do trickery :( Usually we put subtitles on as a temp fix

Both PETG, ABS/ASA will provide a hard/strong plastic finish and much better creep (plastic deformation over time) than PLA. PETG is easier to print if your don’t have a (heated) enclosure, and fumes are less toxic.

TPU has no strength, but very tough and pliable.
