    I post news articles from major news orgs. Some of which happen to be pro-conservative. That's not what trolling is.

    I don't advocate violence. I don't advocate anything racist. I don't advocate anything radical. That's not what trolling is.

    I fucking post news articles. That you don't have to read.

    The conservative articles go to conservative communities. The socialist articles go to socialist communities. Most of my posts go to MY OWN COMMUNITIES! That's not what trolling is.

    Lemmy IS NOT a liberal-only online forum.

    You all being mad and calling me a "troll" just because you don't like articles about trump is hilarious to me. I have asked you all several times to just block the conservative communities I post in, and then you won't see any of them.

    Being mad just because I didn't vote for Harris is a ridiculous reason to call me a troll. I didn't vote for Trump either.

    Ya'll need to calm down and not take Lemmy so seriously! lol

    You are allowed to create your own liberal communities. I am allowed to create my own conservative communities.

    Even though I'm not conservative, I feel they have a right to partake in Lemmy.

    And I'll help them do that. Cool?

  • Sure! Someone who advocates for workers' rights and supports the strengthening of labor unions as essential to improving working conditions and achieving economic equality. Which is why I contribute to and voted for the Socialist Workers Party. And I have even started several communities for them on different instances. And I own a mastadon account for them. And I run the x.com account for them.

    I was in a teacher's union for over 20 years.

    Also a socialist upholds the value of free speech by defending the right to express diverse opinions, including conservative viewpoints, in the spirit of democratic engagement and dialogue.

    We good, now?

    I post links to articles I think are interesting, and I post those to appropriate communities that allow that content. People don't have to click on the links, nor do they have to read them.

    I agree with the implication that I'm not doing anything. So then why is everybody upset?

    Think about WHY they don't want me here. I don't advocate violence. I don't engage in name-calling (tho they like to call me names), I don't do anything but post news articles that are already published by big popular news orgs.

    But because I don't have the exact opinion on everything as them, they want me gone.

    So nah, not going anywhere. Even if you ban me on this instance, or all instances, or my username, or whatever.

    I'm not leaving the fediverse. I will continue advocating for opinions from alternative points of view, regardless of political leanings.

    And regardless of what happens with my username.

    I'm not trolling. If I were, I'd be much more subtle and clever about it.
